The Getting Started section of our site Starting to keep pigs, whether for meat production or breeding pedigree stock, is a big commitment and there's a lot to consider. We have a new website section to help potential new pig keepers via a series of essays by Mandy Garbutt, one of the GOSPBC Committee. Mandy is based in North Yorkshire and only came to start keeping pigs herself a few years ago so she can still relate to all the things one quickly has to learn.
