Old Spots Take Top Spot! (Richard Lutwyche, 25th January 2010)
It's all happening with the GOS breed! Firstly, the appointment our new Patron gives us all pride to be associated with such a revered breed. Then there's the Club's 20th anniversary (with our revamped logo just part of the celebrations). Happy Birthday GOSPBC! (Richard Lutwyche, 1st January 2010)
The Club is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year having begun life in 1990. There is a new look logo for the year which will hopefully be here on the website in a few days. Then there will be a celebration gathering at the Three Counties Show at Malvern in June with a meal and entertainment on Friday evening the 18th before the GOS Champion of Champions is judged on the following day. Princess Royal Becomes Club Patron (Richard Lutwyche, 15th December 2009)
The Club are delighted to announce that HRH The Princess Royal has generously agreed to become the Club's Patron for a period of five years. Her Royal Highness keeps a commercial herd of GOS pigs at her Gatcombe Estate in Gloucestershire and has been an Honorary Member of the Club since the early 1990s.
