Stephen Booth on Great British Menu

Stephen Booth, the Club's new Treasurer, is due to appear on Great British Menu featured on BBC2 tv over the next few weeks. Each week chefs from 2 British regions compete to get to the finals with their chosen dishes made from local ingredients. Stephen who keeps GOS, British Saddleback and Berkshire pigs, Belted Galloways and Southdowns in Cheshire, was selected to supply pork for his region and will be featured shortly.

Date confirmed as Wed May 16th 6.30pm on BBC2 tv.
